How to create a system role assignment

To create a system role assignment

1. In Report Manager, on the global toolbar, click Site Settings.
2. Click Configure site-wide security.
3. To enable access for a new user or group, click New Role Assignment.
4. Type the name of the user or group account.
5. Select a system role definition to use with this assignment. You can only choose role definitions that include system tasks. For more information, see System Tasks.
6. Click Apply.
