DocLangID Cell (Document Properties Section) [Visio 2003 SDK Documentation]
Indicates the default language for the document.
Remarks
The document language is based on the language defined in Microsoft Office Language Settings (on the Start menu, select All Programs, then select Microsoft Office Tools).
If you want to change the language for a document, instead of editing this cell directly it is best to change this value in the Properties dialog box (File menu) or through Automation using the Language property of the Document object.
