MonitoringEnabled Property
Exchange Server 2003
The MonitoringEnabled property specifies whether monitoring is enabled on the server. The MonitoringEnabled property is read-write.

The MonitoringEnabled property is a member of the Exchange_Server Class.
Instance Path
The MonitoringEnabled property appears on instances of the \\COMPUTERNAME\ROOT\MicrosoftExchangeV2:Exchange_Server class.
