Writes a subarray of characters followed by a line terminator to the text stream.

Parameters buffer Type: array< System ::Char > The character array from which data is read. index Type: System ::Int32 The index into buffer at which to begin reading. count Type: System ::Int32 The maximum number of characters to write.
This method will write
count characters of data into this from the TextWriter buffer character array starting at position index.
This method does not search the specified
for individual newline characters (hexadecimal 0x000a) and replace them with String . NewLine
This version of
is equivalent to WriteLine for each character in Write buffer between index and ( index + count) followed by . WriteLine
