serializationInfo: Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationInfo
The serialization data.

streamingContext: Type: System.Runtime.Serialization.StreamingContext
The context for the serialized data.

Remarks

This method is called by the system to deserialize a WebProxy instance; applications do not call it.
