Console.WriteLine Method (Boolean)

Writes the text representation of the specified Boolean value, followed by the current line terminator, to the standard output stream.

Parameters

value
Type: System.Boolean

The value to write.

ExceptionCondition
IOException

An I/O error occurred.

The text representation of value is produced by calling the Boolean.ToString method.

NoteNote

The HostProtectionAttribute attribute applied to this type or member has the following Resources property value: UI. The HostProtectionAttribute does not affect desktop applications (which are typically started by double-clicking an icon, typing a command, or entering a URL in a browser). For more information, see the HostProtectionAttribute class or SQL Server Programming and Host Protection Attributes.

The following example generates ten random integers and uses the Console.WriteLine(Boolean) method to indicate whether they are even.
