XmlDocument.CreateNavigator Method (XmlNode)

Creates an XPathNavigator object for navigating this document positioned on the XmlNode specified.

Namespace:  System.Xml
Assembly:  System.Xml (in System.Xml.dll)
protected internal virtual XPathNavigator CreateNavigator(
	XmlNode node
)

Parameters

node
Type: System.Xml.XmlNode
The XmlNode you want the navigator initially positioned on.

This method is a Microsoft extension to the Document Object Model (DOM).

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
