IPOutlookApp::get_Version (Compact 7)

The Version property gets a three-part string describing the Outlook Mobile (or Pocket Outlook) version in use. The first two parts describe the operating system. The third part is the Outlook Mobile build number.

Syntax

HRESULT get_Version(
   BSTR * pbstrVersion
);

Parameters

• pbstrVersion
  [out] Reference to the Outlook Mobile version. For information on the BSTR type, see BSTR.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

• S_OK
  The method completed successfully.
