Specifies a string that can have an extended length.
This simple type's contents are a restriction of the XML schema string datatype.
This simple type also specifies the following restrictions:

§ This simple type's contents have a minimum length of 1 character.

§ This simple type's contents have a maximum length of 4096 characters.
