The BrtEndSXVD record specifies the end of a
collection of records and collections as defined in the PivotTable
(section 2.1.7.40) part ABNF.
The collection of records specifies a pivot field (section 2.2.5.3.2)
on the PivotTable view (section 2.2.5.3).
