Writes a character to the text stream.

Parameters

value
Type: System..::.Char
The character to write to the text stream.
ExceptionCondition
ObjectDisposedException

The TextWriter is closed.

IOException

An I/O error occurs.

This default method does nothing, but derived classes can override the method to provide the appropriate functionality.
