This function translates an RFC-1766-conforming name to a locale identifier (LCID) value.

Syntax

HRESULT Rfc1766ToLcid(
  LCID* pLocale,
  LPTSTR pszRfc1766
);

Parameters

  • pLocale
    Pointer to the buffer that receives the LCID.
  • pszRfc1766
    Pointer to a string that contains the RFC-1766-conforming name for which the caller wants information.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful or an error value otherwise.
