3.1.5.2 Request Timeout
The Request Timeout event SHOULD<48> complete a request by the protocol server with a SOAP fault, as specified in section 2.2.4.11, with the value of the Id element of the ExcelServerMessage set to MaxRequestDurationExceeded.
