3.3.5.2.2.6 Processing a Get Device Capability Response

This packet is processed if the Result field indicates success. The cbOutputBufferSize and OutputBuffer fields indicate the capability returned by the client printer driver and are passed to the printing subsystem. ReturnValue is also passed to the subsystem. If the Result field contains a failure, the error MUST be propagated to the caller of the virtual printer driver.
