ListView.ListViewItemCollection.Add Method (String, String)

Creates an item with the specified text and image and adds it to the collection.

public virtual ListViewItem Add(
	string text,
	string imageKey
)

Parameters

text: Type: System.String
The text of the item.

imageKey: Type: System.String
The key of the image to display for the item.

Return Value

Type: System.Windows.Forms.ListViewItem
The ListViewItem added to the collection.

Remarks

If the ListView is sorted, the item is added in the correctly sorted order; otherwise, it is added to the end of the collection.
