This member overrides MimeFormatter.GetInitializer(LogicalMethodInfo), and more complete documentation might be available in that topic.
Returns an initializer for the specified method.
Assembly: System.Web.Services (in System.Web.Services.dll)
An initializer is an object passed as a parameter to the Initialize method. For the UrlEncodedParameterWriter class, the initializer is the value of the InParameters property of the input LogicalMethodInfo object. The property is a ParameterInfo array. The method is invoked during service initialization. Later, at the time a request is populated, the initializer object is passed to the Initialize method of another UrlEncodedParameterWriter instance. The other object performs the actual writing.
