Lillian SerobatseLillian is the Product Marketing and Audience Manager for the Developer and Platform group at Microsoft South Africa. She has been with Microsoft for 4 years, working with developer tools and audiences across segments. Lillian comes from a technical consulting background, where she specialized in deployments of messaging and collaboration infrastructure as well as Document and Knowledge Management Systems.

Hal has been an IT Professional for over 12 years; working for companies like MCI, Hewlett-Packard, and currently, IBM's Internet Security Systems division. When he's not fixing (and breaking) software during the day, he likes to participate in several online communities. Hal is the co-host of the popular PowerScripting Podcast at www.powerscripting.net alongside creator Jonathan Walz. Hal is also the Community Director for PowerShellCommunity.org and he enjoys contributing knowledge to the PowerShell Usenet newsgroup and the #powershell IRC channel. Hal is currently writing "Managing VMware Infrastructure with PowerShell: TFM with SAPIEN Press. Outside of his tech pursuits, he loves spending time with his wife and family, and coaching his two boys in soccer. more
