Newly Released2564013 FIX: A hotfix is available that provides additional Delivery Mode properties for the Minimal Lower Layer Protocol send and receive adapters in BizTalk Accelerator for HL7 in a BizTalk Server 2010 environment. This hotfix adds the option to use Transport Acknowledgements instead of Application Acknowledgements to HL7. When the hotfix is installed, the Use MLLP Transport Acknowledgement property is exposed in the MLLP Transport Properties. When this property is set to True, there is a significant performance improvement when processing documents.
To resolve this issue, install the 2252691 fix-- Update for Microsoft Enterprise Single Sign-On v4 (KB2252691)--on the ENTSSO server. We recommend that all BizTalk Server 2006 R2 users install it. A BizTalk service pack includes file updates and executes SQL scripts against the BizTalk databases, just like a BizTalk hotfix. As a result, uninstalling from Add/Remove Programs will not roll back the service pack. If this is a concern, back up all BizTalk databases before installing.
