Language.CurrentInputMethodLanguageTag | currentInputMethodLanguageTag property

Applies to Windows and Windows Phone

Gets the BCP-47 language tag for the currently enabled keyboard layout or Input Method Editor (IME).

var currentInputMethodLanguageTag = Windows.Globalization.Language.currentInputMethodLanguageTag;

Type: String [JavaScript] | System.String [.NET] | Platform::String [C++]

The BCP-47 language tag.

Remarks

If your app passes language tags from this class to any National Language Support functions, it must first convert the tags by calling ResolveLocaleName.
