System.Windows.Forms.Design Namespace

The System.Windows.Forms.Design namespace contains classes that support design-time configuration and behavior for Windows Forms components. These classes consist of designer classes that provide support for Windows Forms components, a set of design-time services; UITypeEditor classes for configuring certain types of properties, and classes for importing ActiveX controls.

Missing Class
Note: System.Windows.Forms.Design.TextBoxDesigner does not exist, all though it is being referred to by the Designer attributed of System.Windows.Forms.TextBox.
I am here seeking it to determine the SnapLine values that provide the bottom margin for Text in TextBox Control (since I can't find the info anywhere else and my lastest attempts are fruitful).
