HttpRequest.UserHostName Property

Gets the DNS name of the remote client.

Property Value

The DNS name of the remote client.

Example

The following example assigns the DNS name of the remote client to a string variable.

 ClientName = Request.UserHostName

 ClientName = Request.UserHostName;
    

[C++] 
String* ClientName;
 ClientName = Request->UserHostName;
