Uri.IsBadFileSystemCharacter Method

This method supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

NOTE: This method is now obsolete.

Returns a Boolean value that indicates whether a character is invalid in a file system name.

Parameters

character

The Char to test.

Return Value

true if the specified character is invalid; otherwise false.

The character is analyzed according to the rules for the NTFS file system.
