RSAPKCS1SignatureFormatter.SetHashAlgorithm Method

Sets the hash algorithm to use for creating the signature.

Namespace: System.Security.Cryptography
Assembly: mscorlib (in mscorlib.dll)

public override void SetHashAlgorithm (
	string strName
)
public void SetHashAlgorithm (
	String strName
)
public override function SetHashAlgorithm (
	strName : String
)

Parameters

strName

The name of the hash algorithm to use for creating the signature.

You must set a hash algorithm before calling CreateSignature.
