_Type.GetInterfaceMap Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the Type.GetInterfaceMap method.

This method is not CLS-compliant.

Parameters

interfaceType

The Type of the interface of which to retrieve a mapping.

Return Value

An InterfaceMapping object representing the interface mapping for interfaceType.

This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.

The Type.GetInterfaceMap method returns an interface mapping for the specified interface type.
