EncryptionRequired Enumeration

Specifies the privacy level of messages received by the queue.

BodyAccepts only private (encrypted) messages. 
NoneAccepts only non-private (non-encrypted) messages. 
OptionalDoes not force privacy. Accepts private (encrypted) messages and non-private (non-encrypted) messages. 

You can specify whether the queue accepts private (encrypted) messages, non-private (non-encrypted) messages, or both.

Documentation often refers to non-encrypted messages as clear.
