SectionInformation Class

Note: This class is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Contains meta-information on an individual section within the configuration. This class cannot be inherited.

The SectionInformation object contains the meta-information on an individual section within the configuration. This object can be used when validating and changing the properties of an individual section.

The following code example shows how to get the SectionInformation associated with a ConfigurationSection object.
