CollectionConverter Class

Provides a type converter to convert collection objects to and from various other representations.

The GetProperties method for this type converter always returns a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), and the GetPropertiesSupported method always returns false.

NoteNote:

You should never create an instance of the CollectionConverter class. Instead, call the GetConverter method of the TypeDescriptor class. For more information, see the examples in the TypeConverter base class.

The HostProtectionAttribute attribute applied to this class has the following Resources property value: SharedState. The HostProtectionAttribute does not affect desktop applications (which are typically started by double-clicking an icon, typing a command, or entering a URL in a browser).
