/UseEnv (devenv.exe) 

Visual Studio 2005

Starts Visual Studio and uses the environment variables for PATH, INCLUDE, LIBS, and LIBPATH in the VC++ Directories dialog box.

Copy 

Devenv /useenv

The following example starts vsprvs and loads environment variables into the VC++ Directories dialog box.
