The document cannot be found in the database connection.

SQL Server 2005

This error occurs while looking for a document in the database hierarchy. For some reason, the document object cannot be found.

You can try any of the following remedial actions:

  • Make sure the directory path where the document should be still exists. It might be helpful to view how similar paths are constructed by right-clicking other database objects in Server Explorer and choosing Properties on the shortcut menu.
  • Recreate the document object.
