To use this feature, you must install SQL Server 2000 Client Tools.

SQL Server 2005

You might not require a database on your computer, but certain features of Visual Database Tools require the SQL Server 2000 client tools. Installing the SQL Server 2000 client tools provides client connectivity and administration processes for planning and developing a SQL Server application.

  1. Install the client tools for SQL Server 2000.
