Linguistics Collection (Model Designer)

SQL Server 2005

Defines the linguistic properties of a role.

Name	Cardinality	Type	Description
SingularName	0-1	String	The singular name of the role. If the string is not specified, the value defaults to the name of the role. The string cannot be empty.
PluralName	0-1	String	The plural name of the role. If the string is not specified, the value defaults to the name of the role. The string cannot be empty.

Remarks

The singular and plural names are used depending on the cardinality of the relationship. For example, when going from one to many, the plural name is used; when going from one to one, the singular name is used.
