Issetupadmin Property
This feature will be removed in a future version of Microsoft SQL Server. Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify applications that currently use this feature.
The Issetupadmin property reports membership in the fixed server role setupadmin for the SQL Distributed Management Objects (SQL-DMO) connection.
Members of the Microsoft SQL Server fixed server role setupadmin have permission to install and configure replication, and they can install extended stored procedures. For more information about adding members to a server role, see AddMember Method.
If TRUE, the login authenticating client application connection is a member of the setupadmin role.
If FALSE, the login authenticating client application connection is not a member of the role.
