String.System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<System.Char>.GetEnumerator Method 

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Returns an enumerator that iterates through the current String object.

J# supports the use of explicit interface implementations, but not the declaration of new ones.
JScript supports the use of explicit interface implementations, but not the declarations of new ones.

Return Value

A IEnumerator of type Char that can be used to iterate through the current String object.

This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the String instance is cast to an IEnumerable interface. For more information, see the GetEnumerator method.
