Parameters

Resource

The full path name of the resource for which to retrieve the contents.

MimeType

The Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) type of the resource.

Return Value

The contents of the resource as a Base 64-encoded byte array.
Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
