SQL Server 2005

Represents the collection of non-hosted event providers for a Notification ServicesApplication.

Namespace: Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Nmo
Assembly: Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo (in microsoft.sqlserver.smo.dll)

[DefaultMemberAttribute("Item")]

/** @attribute DefaultMemberAttribute("Item") */

DefaultMemberAttribute("Item")
public class NonHostedEventProviderCollection extends SimpleObjectCollectionBase

Event providers submit event data to application event classes. Each application can have zero or more event providers.

Non-hosted event providers are independent applications, meaning they are not run by the Notification Services engine. However, you can enable and disable non-hosted event providers through the Notification Services administration tools, which prevents them from submitting events.

Any public static (Shared in Microsoft Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
