Manage Hibernate Once/Resume Many (Standard 7 SP1)

Hibernate Once/Resume Many (HORM) must be disabled to apply system updates. The ewfmgr command-line tool provides options for enabling and disabling HORM.
In addition, HORM-specific API functions enable users to deactivate HORM, change the system, and then reactivate HORM. This functionality is useful in servicing scenarios where users must be able to apply an update to the system.
The EWF API contains three API functions to manage HORM.
