Windows Embedded Standard Startup Screens and Unbranded Startup Screens are mutually exclusive features. Deploying Windows Embedded Standard Startup Screens by using a configuration set to a runtime that has Unbranded Startup Screens using Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) online or offline is not supported.
