Booting an Image with Multiple XIP Regions (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

To boot a multiple XIP image, the boot loader must load the data into flash memory or RAM.

Then the OEMInit function must process each entry in the XIP chain, adding each entry to the OEMRomChain.
