Platform Builder User Interface (Compact 7)

The Platform Builder for Windows Embedded Compact 7 user interface (UI) consists of an integrated set of tools, context-sensitive menus, toolbars, and shortcut keys, that enable you to create, test, and refine OS designs and Catalog items.

    Describes the Sources Editor, which allows you to view and modify the source files included in your OS design.
  • Status Monitor
    Displays the status of various services such as build, download, target, and debugger.
  • Targeted Build Commands
    Discusses the available targeted build command options, which are dependent on the type of object that you have selected in the active OS design or subproject in the Solution Explorer pane.
