ProductAdExtension Data Object
Defines a product ad extension. The extension identifies a Bing Merchant Center store that contains the products that you want to advertise.
Product ads are only available in the United States.
The ProductAdExtension object derives from the AdExtension object. For a list of inherited elements, see the AdExtension object.
<xs:complexType name="ProductAdExtension"> <xs:complexContent mixed="false"> <xs:extension base="tns:AdExtension"> <xs:sequence> <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="Name" nillable="true" type="xs:string" /> <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="StoreId" type="xs:long" /> <xs:element name="StoreName" type="xs:string" nillable="true" minOccurs="0"/> <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="ProductSelection" nillable="true" type="tns:ArrayOfProductConditionCollection" /> </xs:sequence> </xs:extension> </xs:complexContent> </xs:complexType>
The display name of the extension. The name can contain a maximum of 100 characters.
The list of products from the Bing Merchant Center store to advertise.
To select all products in the store, set this element to null. Otherwise, to filter the list of products, set this element to an array of ProductConditionCollection objects. Each collection contains a list of conditions that filter products found in the store. For example, you can filter the products based on product brand and product condition. For a list of conditions, see ProductCondition.
You may specify a maximum of 10 collections and each collection can specify a maximum of 8 conditions as a list.
The delivery engine selects the product if it matches all of the conditions specified in any one of the collections and it matches the conditions specified in the ad group’s product criterion. For more information, see Product.
The identifier of the Bing Merchant Center store contains the products to advertise.
To get the StoreId, call the GetBMCStoresByCustomerId operation.
The name of the store that StoreId identifies.
You can associate a product ad extension with one or more campaigns; however, a campaign can be associated with only one product ad extension.
Product ad extensions do not add product information to text ads. Instead, a product ad extension identifies a Bing Merchant Center store and specifies the products from the store to advertise. When the user enters a search query that has product intent, the delivery engine searches the store and generates a product ad using product details from the store.
