Type: System.UInt32[in] The number of providers to fetch in this call.
pbstrProviders
Type: array<System.String[][out, size_is(celt), length_is(*pceltFetched)] Array of strings containing the names of the service providers.
pceltFetched
Type: System.UInt32%[out] Number of service providers returned. May be less than celt.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
