MethodBuilder.SetCustomAttribute Method (ConstructorInfo, Byte[])

Sets a custom attribute using a specified custom attribute blob.

Parameters

con

The constructor for the custom attribute.

binaryAttribute

A byte blob representing the attributes.

Exception typeCondition

ArgumentNullException

con or binaryAttribute is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

InvalidOperationException

For the current method, the IsGenericMethod property is true, but the IsGenericMethodDefinition property is false.
