Retrieves the sum of miscellaneous charges that are not charged to the vendor.

The sum of other miscellaneous charges converted to the document currency.
Remarks
Other miscellaneous charges include miscellaneous charges with a Credit type of Ledger when the Debit type is not Customer or Vendor.
