Erstellt ein DbFunctionExpression, das die kanonische „GeographyMultiPointFromBinary“-Funktion mit den angegebenen Argumenten aufruft. multiPointWellKnownBinaryValue muss einen binären Ergebnistyp haben, während coordinateSystemId einen ganzzahligen, numerischen Ergebnistyp haben muss.
