Windows Automation API Overview

This section provides a high-level overview of Microsoft Windows Automation API 3.0, which includes the legacy Microsoft Active Accessibility, and the Windows implementation of the Microsoft UI Automation specification. The overview highlights the similarities and differences between Microsoft Active Accessibility and UI Automation, describes the components and features that enable the two technologies to work together, and provides guidelines for choosing which technology to implement.

Hallo an alle deutschen API- Nutzer,$0 Falls sich mal jemand wundert, dass bei der Installation dieser Datei plötzlich kryptische Zeichen auf dem Bildschirm sind:$0 Das ist keine eingedeutsche Datei!$0 Ich empfehle jedem der sie runterlädt, einmal die Funktion WindowsServer2003-KB971513-x86-DEU.exe /? auszuführen!$0 Microsofts Programmer sollten das doch bitte mal fixen, ansonsten lade ich dann doch lieber die englische Version für einen WHS herunter$0 Greets Cyberbilly$0

When I started VS2010 and connected my WP7 phone, a message box popped to say that I should install Automation API 3.0 (or something). When I clicked on a link that supposed gave me more info on this API, it brought me to this page. BUT NOW IT WILL NOT LET ME GO BACK. This 2011 folks. You shouldn't do this!
