Multilingual User Interface Pack

The Windows XP Embedded Multilingual User Interface (MUI) Pack is the language pack add–on to the English version of Windows XP Embedded. This tool allows users or administrators to switch the Windows XP Embedded user interface — including menus, dialog boxes, and Help — from one language to another.
