SiteMapNode.Title Property

Gets or sets the title of the SiteMapNode object.

Property Value

Type: System.String
A string that represents the title of the node. The default is String.Empty.
ExceptionCondition
InvalidOperationException

The node is read-only.

The Title property is used by navigation controls to render a label for the node, instead of using the Url property, while the Description property is used as a ToolTip element for mouse-over events.

A localized value of the Title property is returned if the EnableLocalization property is true.
