Page.GetPostBackClientEvent Method

Gets a reference that can be used in a client event to post back to the server for the specified control and with the specified event arguments.

Parameters

control: Type: System.Web.UI.Control
The server control that receives the client event postback.

argument: Type: System.String
A String that is passed to IPostBackEventHandler.RaisePostBackEvent.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The string that represents the client event.
