This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Gets the character that is used to separate control identifiers when building a unique ID for a control on a page. This API is obsolete. For information about how to develop ASP.NET mobile applications, see the www.asp.net/mobile Web site.

Namespace:  System.Web.UI.MobileControls
Assembly:  System.Web.Mobile (in System.Web.Mobile.dll)
public override char IdSeparator { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Char
The character that is used to separate control identifiers. The default is set by the PageAdapter instance that renders the page. The IdSeparator property is a server-side field and should not be modified.
