SiteMapNode.IsDescendantOf Method

Gets a value indicating whether the current site map node is a child or a direct descendant of the specified node.

public virtual bool IsDescendantOf(
	SiteMapNode node
)

Parameters

node
Type: System.Web.SiteMapNode

The SiteMapNode to check if the current node is a child or descendant of.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the current node is a child or descendant of the specified node; otherwise, false.

.NET Framework

Supported in: 4.5, 4, 3.5, 3.0, 2.0

Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core Role not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
